Today my youngest sister, Chelsea, turns 14. When I moved away from home to go to school, she was a short, adorable, playful 6-year-old. When I got married and moved to the Midwest, she was a cute and growing taller 9-year-old. When I saw her last month at Christmas, she'd suddenly blossomed into a beautiful young woman. I wish I could have been around more to see the latter half of her growing up years, but I've loved every second of the times that I have been able to spend with her and am so pleased at how well she's turned out.
Chelsea is one of the sweetest, happiest, smiliest girls you will ever meet. She is kind and genuine and just gullible enough to have a fantastic time with.
Happy birthday, Chelsea!
